The GMT Glass Fiber Pallet is manufactured with scientific structural design and advanced forming processes, combining the performance advantages of wood, plastic, and steel plate materials. It effectively overcomes the drawbacks of traditional materials such as corrosion and heaviness of steel, warping and brittleness of plastic, and wear and cracking of wood. This pallet offers several outstanding properties: good rigidity with an elastic modulus of 3.7 GPa and minimal deformation; high load-bearing capacity with a maximum load of 2.0 kN and a bending strength of 51.0 MPa, resistant to compression and breaking; excellent wear resistance with a surface hardness of Shore 72; and high impact strength of 20 KJ/m², providing resistance to vibration, impact, and dropping. The product has superior weather resistance, withstanding temperatures from -40°C to 90°C, and is resistant to sun exposure and aging, making it suitable for steam curing environments. It also features excellent corrosion resistance, water resistance (surface water absorption <0.5%), and light weight (density <1). The pallet has a long service life, theoretically up to 8 years, resulting in low overall usage costs.
