This pallet integrates the performance advantages of bamboo/wood, plastic, and steel plate, making it suitable for heavy-duty applications like brick machines. The product features several outstanding performance indicators: good rigidity with an elastic modulus of 3.7 GPa and minimal deformation; high load capacity with a maximum load of 2.0 kN and bending strength of 51.0 MPa, resistant to compression and breakage, suitable for forming high-weight, large-specification bricks; excellent wear resistance with a surface hardness of Shore 72 and long service life; superior impact resistance with an impact strength of 20 kJ/m², resistant to vibration, impact, and drops without cracking.
