The GMT Glass Fiber Pallet is an industrial panel manufactured with advanced molding processes. Its scientifically designed structure effectively overcomes common issues of traditional materials, such as corrosion and weight of steel, warping and brittleness of plastic, and wear and cracking of bamboo or wood. This pallet integrates the performance advantages of bamboo/wood, plastic, and steel plate, making it suitable for heavy-duty applications like brick machines. The product features several outstanding performance indicators: good rigidity with an elastic modulus of 3.7 GPa and minimal deformation; high load capacity with a maximum load of 2.0 kN and bending strength of 51.0 MPa, resistant to compression and breakage, suitable for forming high-weight, large-specification bricks; excellent wear resistance with a surface hardness of Shore 72 and long service life; superior impact resistance with an impact strength of 20 kJ/m², resistant to vibration, impact, and drops without cracking. Furthermore, the GMT pallet offers good weather resistance, withstanding temperatures from -40°C to 90°C, resistant to sun exposure and aging, suitable for steam curing environments; corrosion resistance to most acids, alkalis, and salts; water resistance with a surface water absorption rate of <0.5%; lightweight with a density <1, reducing effort and friction; and a theoretical service life of up to 8 years, resulting in low usage costs.
